This Is Not Your Typical Bootcamp
It can be pretty intimidating starting a new workout program, especially doing something you’ve never tried before. Our certified and experienced trainers will be there to make sure your form is perfect and to encourage you to push yourself to the level appropriate for you. And better yet, your fellow boot campers are most likely in the same boat! The camaraderie and community has always been what we’ve considered one of the most important things 181 Fitness brings to the table, and it’s that support that keeps people motivated during class.
Our style of coaching is not the typical “boot camp” that includes yelling in your ear and demeaning you in order to get you to push harder. It’s an encouraging and fun environment where you’re treated with care and respect. Don’t get us wrong, you’ll still be pushed to your potential, but you can be sure that your ego and eardrums will still be intact!
All levels of fitness are welcome as these boot camps are designed to satisfy the beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercisers alike. With its tiered programming, specially designed by Cody Bishop, Owner and Head Coach, the workouts are appropriately progressive and safe and have been tested and proven to provide maximum results.
